This renewed agreement marks a new milestone in our collaboration \u2014 one built on shared ambition, mutual trust, and a strong alignment on delivering complex industrial projects safely and efficiently.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our project managers have contributed to key initiatives such as:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The revamp of Blast Furnace B<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The installation of a top-gas recovery turbine&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0The <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclopscompany.com\/nl\/project-phases\/feasibility-concept-studies\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"8149\">feasibility study<\/a> for a new converter, which was later executed by ArcelorMittal\u2019s internal team\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently, we are proud to be supporting the early-phase preparation of ArcelorMittal Belgium\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclopscompany.com\/nl\/industry\/energy-carbon-reduction\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"7761\">decarbonization project<\/a>, contributing to one of the most future-oriented transitions in the steel industry.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/cyclopscompany.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/ArcelorMittal-x-Cyclops-1-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8162\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cyclopscompany.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/ArcelorMittal-x-Cyclops-1-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/cyclopscompany.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/ArcelorMittal-x-Cyclops-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cyclopscompany.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/ArcelorMittal-x-Cyclops-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cyclopscompany.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/ArcelorMittal-x-Cyclops-1-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/cyclopscompany.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/ArcelorMittal-x-Cyclops-1-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beyond project execution, Cyclops has also contributed to shaping and strengthening ArcelorMittal\u2019s general CAPEX investment project methodology. As part of the core team, Cyclops played a central role in developing and rolling out this methodology across several European sites \u2014 helping to ensure consistency, transparency, and robust project governance throughout the organization.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Cyclops, we believe in working as partners, not just service providers.
