How?

In 2020, Cyclops supported ArcelorMittal’s project manager in various areas during the renovation of one of the two blast furnaces on the site in Ghent. Managing the scope, drawing up a detailed planning, coordinating the project, budget control, … On a technical level, Cyclops also assisted ArcelorMittal in drawing up a new ATEX & CE file. This successful collaboration led to numerous other projects such as the current decarbonization program.
