conceptual phase

During the conceptual phase, we outline the technical scope of your project. Even at this early stage, we consider input from all stakeholders. Often, we involve executing parties, such as machine builders, to define scope, budget, and scheduling accurately.

Basic Engineering

During basic engineering, we develop the various technical packages. We can perform this engineering ourselves (EPCM), limiting it to basic engineering, or collaborate with engineering consultancies. In both cases, we ensure all technical scopes align perfectly: every detail in one package logically flows into the next. Everything fits together like a puzzle. We achieve this by coordinating with all parties and using a 3D model to quickly identify clashes, plus creating necessary layouts or flow diagrams via our draftsmen.

Procurement

Once the technical scope is clear, the various packages are procured. Technical discussions with suppliers may still adjust details, but the full project scope always guides these to avoid scope clashes or gaps.

Construction engineering

When executing parties are appointed, construction engineering and work execution begin, with occasional technical decisions. Here, the BIM coordinator plays a crucial role in aligning all details.
