ArcelorMittal, the second largest steel producer in the world, renovated one of their two blast furnaces in Ghent. Cyclops supported ArcelorMittal’s project manager in various areas during the renovation.

In 2020, Cyclops supported ArcelorMittal’s project manager in various areas during the renovation of one of the two blast furnaces on the site in Ghent. Managing the scope, drawing up a detailed planning, coordinating the project, budget control, … On a technical level, Cyclops also assisted ArcelorMittal in drawing up a new ATEX & CE file. This successful collaboration led to numerous other projects such as the current decarbonization program.
