We’re proud to announce that Cyclops has renewed its frame agreement with ArcelorMittal Belgium, further strengthening a trusted partnership that began in 2019. 

Over the past six years, we’ve had the privilege of supporting ArcelorMittal Belgium with project management services across more than a dozen industrial projects. This renewed agreement marks a new milestone in our collaboration — one built on shared ambition, mutual trust, and a strong alignment on delivering complex industrial projects safely and efficiently. 

Our project managers have contributed to key initiatives such as: 

• The revamp of Blast Furnace B

• The installation of a top-gas recovery turbine 

•  The feasibility study for a new converter, which was later executed by ArcelorMittal’s internal team 

Currently, we are proud to be supporting the early-phase preparation of ArcelorMittal Belgium’s decarbonization project, contributing to one of the most future-oriented transitions in the steel industry. 

Beyond project execution, Cyclops has also contributed to shaping and strengthening ArcelorMittal’s general CAPEX investment project methodology. As part of the core team, Cyclops played a central role in developing and rolling out this methodology across several European sites — helping to ensure consistency, transparency, and robust project governance throughout the organization.
