Cyclops assisted with a thorough review & alignment of the methodologies amongst the European facilities in order to set up a new methodology in collaboration with a central ArcelorMittal PMO Team. Together with a new methodology, templates & procedures were created ready-to-use. The necessary training material was set up & all European teams were trained.
